I would get amazed how someone can say some many hurtful things with such rage and anger.....&......an hour later....act as if it was just a joke.....

Im not sure if Ive over came it yet. My dad is my verbal abuser I have forgive him I just cant forget since its a constent thing Its something I truly want to overcome to be a better wife and mother for my family and not have to think about this or have it interfear with my life.

My son is dealing with alot of verbal abuse, mainly name calling by his older sister. She is 15, he is 12. Ideas on helping him cope are greatly appreciated. It is tearing him up inside. She is very mean. In general to everyone also.
