When life gets rough you have to become a tough prayer warrior because prayer can smooth away all the roughness that life has to throw at you.

Remember to pray up to stay up don't let life knock you down and keep you down.

For the times that we get disappointed with G-d or even mad at Him, Remember this:

Resentment against G-d or Jesus Christ is usually the consequence of a lack of faith or unbelief or as a response to adverse circumstances

Usually I find that it's a response to adverse circumstances. G-d DOES know what He is doing in your life!!! He DOES Love you!!!

No matter what you face His mercy will not change....

I prayed to Christ for a job that he ordained just for me, because I didn't want to get in the way of anyone else. I also wrote it down and posted it by my bed with other prayer requests. Christ in return gave me a scripture to stand on. It is Isaiah40:31 (But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings of eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.) I didn't understand at first until Christ gave me my job. The job He gave me was the one I really didn't want, and from the first day of employment it has been a battle, but Christ gave me His promise before I started ,so I have submitted to Him and trust his word.

Haven't commented in a long time and I felt like now is the time. I don't understand life some how. I should feel blessed with a great job, a nice home, and loving friends and family. But I always worry to much and I feel like I don't deserve it. I feel like it will all be taken away from me. I know God loves me and wants the best for me and well for all of us. I have schizophernia and it can be a real problem some times. There are days , like today , where I feel it overwhelming me.  I know that in the end things will work out and no matter what I will never stop feeling Gods love.  Just have to try and take it one day at a time.

keep your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears, for there is  a reward for your work, declares the LORD, and they shall come back from the land of the enemy.-jeremiah 31:16

Joy is the touch of God's finger. The object of our longing is not the touch but the Toucher. This is true of all good things- they are all God's touch.

when I'm feeling a like things are too much, one of my favorite Scriptures is Isaiah 41:10. God bless!
