Thanks Shannon for the suggestion on the book.  I'm going to try and find it.  Sounds great.  Hope you're doing well.  I'm going to try to get on the site more often I love the people I meet on the different sites I'm on.  I'm on a couple of business sites as well for the work I do.  I learn so much and have found great people to work with.  Blessings!

I forget to come over here and post, but I read all your comments! How is everyone doing? I am doing very well. I am reading a book called A Course in Weightloss: 21 Spiritual Lessons . . . It is awesome and I recommend to anyone who is struggling with losing weight. Wow...I hear ya on that one Shannon!  Mine is definitely lack of planning and setting priorities.  This weekend I'm working on setting my priorities and planning some of my workout times.  Lets keep each other posted on how we're doing.  I definitely need to make some changes not only in my workout, eating habits but in my business.  I need to "step-things' up a notch or two..  I'm sending you a friend request.

Rachel, I did the First Place 4 Health bible study.  Loved the bible study but didnt loose any weight in the process.  It does have great ideas and tips, but I dont know what is going to click with me.  I have been in Weight Watchers, TOPS, tried so many diets ect.  I just want to give up but I know if I do as I get older my health will suffer.  So I keep trying to watch each day.  Good luck!  Donna

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to remind you guys that,
"For Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come" -1 Timothy 4:8

In other words, getting physique isn't what it's all about. If we trust in God and put our faith in him; we will surely achieve our goals and more. Remember to get spiritually healthy as well my fellow Brothers and Sisters.

I take boxing once or twice a week,depending on work schedule. I haev gotten lazy about going to the gym and lifting weights, I Am trying to get on a regular schedule for that again.

Good Morning Shannon and everyone,

My goals starting today is to be more diligent in serving God with my entire self, and that includes phsyical exercise with the body He has givin me. I also am a very busy person. I am also a stressed person who takes my stess to eating instead of God. I become frustraited and give up too quickly, instead I need to fall to my knees and ask for his forgivness (becuase I somtimes get angry at God) when things arnt going my way. I really need His forgivness and pick myself up off the floor and look up to HIm.

hahaha no problem! I know it's hard trust me! But try to fix your eating habits ex: eat a lot for breakfast, a smaller portion for lunch and then an even smaller portionF for dinner, because you won't be doing much but sleeping at night and that doesn't burn off much calories

Hello! Yo Sarah, I completely understand you to a "guys" perspective, but you know, the best thing to do about Losing weight is to just: Eat right (watch what you eat), Exercise, Do NOT eat after 7 or 8 if you're not planning on doing anything, and the TWO most important thing to do is to PRAY and get PLENTY of SLEEP!
