What are your most used reasons or excuses for not working out or sticking to your diet? Mine is usually lack of planning. I know I am busy, but if I plan ahead I can preportion my meals, make my menu for the week and make sure I have everything I need to be successful.
I have found that working out at home a few days a week has reduced a lot of stress. I get up early, pop in a dvd and then when I get home from work, I can focus on my kids and getting ready for the next day.
