We are praying for the folks who have suffered so much from this week's disaster

"My understanding of God does not permit me to accept that every bad or good thing that occurs is a reward or punishment. There are times when bad things happen to good people ... We need consolation, not anger; love, not hate. The God I serve and pray to daily has charged me not to blame but to help." -- Jerome Epstein

My day ended up kinda of different, saw my uncle George and he and my dad Jerry need prayer.  I guess they got in fist fight a long time ago and these fences if all possible and God willing need to be healed.  My dad and George used to buddy back in the day.  Please pray God will mend both of their hearts and teach them to come closer to God and remember we are supposed to forgive :

The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant

21 Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” 22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven. [1]

Please pray for them God will mend this family back together.  My uncle is so hurt and I am glad I lived down south then when this because it would have taken me longer to come back home.

Please Pray for them.

Also, Pray that my mom and dad would come to Christ that would be a huge blessing for my son and I.  I am also sure if my brother and his daughter and wife believe in God Almighty

I've mentioned it before, but I feel like I need to mention it again...my immediate family needs prayer at the moment. We're mentally divided right now and some of us are really not getting along well at all...

Praying for you all as well.

It is Sunday and another time when I did not go to church because of the pain in my shoulder and back.  It is not how I like to have my Sundays.  I listened to Keep the Faith this morning about staying encourged through tough times.  It is hard to do when one has a lot of pain.  I am waiting for an mri.  Would like prayer, not just for myself , but also for my wife Laura, as we go through this time.

I am on the 7th day of a 40-day consecration and the main focus is supposed to be prayer. Yet I find that its hard for me to stay focused on prayer. I keep getting distracted. I have a spiritual family that I know is praying for me and a wonderful support group. I find myself in the middle of prayer and the next thing I know I'm thinking about work or an issue with a friend or being intimate. I'm engaged and we both are celibate and have been for years and it seems a if I can't focus now that I know I finally have the man in my life that God planned for me. Its like I want to rush ahead but my spirit is saying no, wait on God. So I'm on a consecration to focus on my relationship with God but can't keep my mind off of the worries and cares of the world! Help!!

Dear God Almighty,  I rebuke all darkness coming around me.  I need to totally focus on these exams today.  This guy who kick my son out is now sending me texts.  Please God make stop.  For the blood of Jesus Christ.  God is power and God make him stop.  In Jesus Name Amen

Dear Father God,

In this time of devastation from the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, fill this awesome land with Your Light. Bring these precious people to a peaceful place. Bless them with an outpouring that meets their needs both where they are now, and where Your Love is taking them. This is our prayer in the name of Your dear Son, Jesus Christ--the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
