Hi. I'm a Junior in High school. Since I was a freshman I've done well in all my classes until God became my everything in my Sophomore year. I love serving Him and others and sharing my faith... But... As time goes by searching for colleges get more difficult because I have no idea what I want to do but serve God and share more and help others... I did terrible my first semester of Junior year because I had 2 Honors and AP classes... I don't even know where to go anymore... I find joy in serving and sharing my love for Jesus Christ... But nothing else... I feel so scared every time I think about what I need to be... The anxiety and confusion AP classes put in to me is overwhelming.

I know how frustrating it can be taking honors and AP classes. I almost failed my first one this year, but God has a plan for you. Next time you start feeling anxiety over the subject just keep calm, and let God guide your choices. You always do what God wants you to do for others now just let him do the same to you. There might even be someone trying to help you through this just open up and let them help.
God bless

I totally understand where you are coming from. It is nerve wracking to think about all the college application and where to go and all that. I really am glad that you love God and you are serving Him. First, I would like to say that the Bible tells us to never forget that He is first and none other between Him and you. A very important thing to pray about is wisdom. Through wisdom, you will persevere and flourish as we can read 1 Kings 4:29-34. Through God's wisdom, you will know what to do and decide where to go!! (sounds totally crazy but happens!!!) You said you are worried. Jesus tells us not to worry about the future: Matthew 6:34  Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. God will take care of you!!!! God is always with you!!! Finally, I would like to give you another Bible verse. It is my favorite verse - Colossians 3:17 - And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Our God is the one who can do unimaginable things. Things we consider impossible does not affect Him!! He led the Israelites out from the Egypt and allowed Moses to cross the Red Sea, saved Daniel from a blazing flame and a lion, and has done countless miracles!!!

I really do wish this post helps. I will pray for you and your future. You will get through this!! God has a plan for you: it is a good one. The Holy Spirit tells me that you will be fine. Most of all, trust God!!!

In faith I Bless you in His name

I know what you are going through.  I have had several different career ideas as well.  It is a little more challenging when you are visually impaired.  I believe it is important to seek God because he is the only one who can lead you to the career that is right for you.  Also, continue sharing your faith in school because you might just be the one who can bring the whole school to a personal relationship with Christ.  I too felt alone during my sophomore year in high school.  In fact, there was a time when my class was doing the big evolution discussion that American students these days have to endure that I did not know who I was anymore.  Luckily I had both family and friends who reminded me of my true faith.  I will repeat what I said earlier.  You must continue to share your faith around school.  After all, you do not know who you might be witnessing to.
