Finding My Father's Heart ...

Finding My Father's Heart7 February 2013  Over the lasr several months I have been on both a spiritual journey and a quest. Having spent a lot of time on two christian web sites with open blogs and forums I have been re-acquainted with all the doctrinal beliefs and persuasions, most of which are of the opinion that I am damned to hell for my life choices as a transexual woman. I have tried in vain to hold 2-way conversations on the sites but ultimately they revert back to their rhetorics. The…See More

Visions and Warriors

Visions and Warriors21 January 2013  Good evening on this fine day of remembering Martin Luther King Jr. and not just his dying but more importantly his living. He was one of a very rare group of people who felt strongly enough about a vision to go after it and walked in a wisdom that far outdistanced his earthly years. I had the privilege of going on a spiritual retreat to Memphis last year in April and actualy walked the same earth as  he did right before his untimely death. I got to see the…See More

A question of unity or denominational doctrines

A question of unity or denominational doctrinesPosted 26th December 2012 at 10:54 PM by Charlena AndrewsI wish to propose a topic for discussion hopefully devoid of schisms and overzealous responses. It is common knowledge to anyone who knows me that I am a christian woman who is also a transexual but that isn't a point of discussion here. At 63 yr. old and having walked as a christian since 1971 I have seen and/or been a witness to…See More

Hidden Hurts

Hidden Hurts20 December 2012  I figured I better get one more entry in just in case the world ends tomorrow. One thing I haven't quite figured out is why, if the Mayans were so wise, learned and full of foresight, why I can't find one alive to talk to. So much for the levity part of tonight's entertainment. When Advent first started I was so full of expectancy and joy for the upcoming Christmas season but as the days went by it seems I was assaulted on every side emotionally and spritually. I…See More

Thanks for your reply.. I appreciate the absence of strife, offense, etc. There are so many more questions I have, I'll shoot you an email.

I got a copy of your letter from another group. I want to make sure of something - Are you certain you weren't in the closet and are using God to justify it so that you can still hold on to your faith? That's not an accusatory question, I'm seriously asking whether you dug deep on this thing with God to make sure that you have not deceived yourself.. honestly..  This seems quite odd and appears contradictory to His character and His word. Are you saying God made a mistake the first time and then corrected it? I have many questions as I do not have knowledge of exactly what happened.. God knows, I do not. I pray for truthful responses, in the name of Holiness, Honesty, and all that is Righteous.. In His Name. Amen.

I still don't understand.. If you were born with a female gender identity just as I was born with a male gender identity.. what does transgenderism or choice have to do with it?

Maybe I'm confused because we have a different understanding of the term "gender identity"? My definition is with the facts of the physical that God formed us with.

I don't understand transgenderism. Are you in a man's body, but living as a woman?
