On December 16, 1969 I walked into Child and Family Services and left my 2 1/2 yr. old daughter to be adopted.  I was 17.  On December 16, 1982 we had our first child.  On August 15, 1984 we had our daughter.  On March 1, 1985 she passed away.  On March 1, 1990 I met the daughter I had adopted.  On August 15, 2003 my first grandchild was born.  Our Heavenly Father knows exactly how to reveal Himself to us, He touches the heart where we hear.......and know....... My husband and I grew up together, and have been married for 25 years.  We have a good marriage, but I always go to church by myself.  That is up until lately.  One Wednesday night out of the blue he said that he was going to church with me, and has been going on Sunday night and Wednesday night ever since.  I have thanked God many, many times, because it is only through Him that my husband has started going to church.  He is not against church, he just was not raised going, and has never made a place in his life for it.  I see the Lord working in his life, and I am so very thankful for this.  I will not give up praying for him, even after he does turn his life over to Christ.

Thanks for praying and caring.  I will continue to pray for you.  I found a good book, that is called "When he doesn't believe" by Nancy Kennedy.
