I read your text and understand. First, I prayr for GOD to send someone. So, It can be the right person who will listen. Also, the person will not pass judgment. Another thing, I search for encouraging scripture such as Isaiah 41.10. I write on index card, medidating and repeat consistently. I am a true backslider and cant not overcome sin on my own. I prayr everyday for strength from the Holy Spirit to overcome everyday. I hope this help..
