Hello Rene. I was looking through the member list as I just joined. You may have joined after listening to the radio program on FLN, just as I did today. I noticed you like John Waller's song While I'm Waiting, as do I. Waiting is tough. I have been through abandonment by my husband as well. I used to think I couldn't possible cry any more, then I would cry again! It has been many years, and I have been divorced for 13 years now. The loneliness is the hardest part. BUT, God knows our needs, and He knows how frail we are, so I choose to believe He will always take care of us. He has blessed me with wonderful children and now grandchildren. I have much for which to be thankful. On dark days, I try to sing "Count Your Blessings, Name Them One by One".

I hope you will be encouraged and will give encouragement here. What a great idea for a site such as this!
