I just joined Keep the Faith and I saw ur post on faith and fitness RE: the plan it part. I do not have issues weight then again I do becasue i need to gain serious muscle attitude to commit to what God has in front of me and well...your posting about how you worked out this morning doing cardio in your living room really inspired me to be committed to finishing my memoir and composing a character sketch for my brother who is pending a trial. thanx for the encouragement God is using you more than you know.
