What I hope to discover/share on this site is...: I have no family except for my two daughters both over 20. I am a single mother, my ex-husband has been a long mid to high functioning alcoholic. But now he is going downhill fast. Still functioning at work, but really putting his drinking and consequent sexual addictions ahead of being a father to his daughters. He has caused them GREAT GREAT pain for a long time, but now it's even worse. My one daughter has moved to another state so that she doesn't have to deal with his pretending to be one thing to his friends and family and totally another in real life to his daughters. My other daughter is hanging in there but...she is really hurting. AND I AM SO ANGRY! ALSO I AM ANGRY THAT THE SO CALLED CHURCH IN MY LITTLE TOWN, WAS SUPPORTIVE WHEN I HAD NO MONEY, BUT JUST TO INCLUDE US TO INCLUDE US...I HAD NON-BELIEVERS TREAT US BETTER.

If I created a support group here, it probably be about (subject)...: HELPING THE BROKEN FAMILY HEADED BY THE SINGLE MOTHER WHO IS DOING ALL THAT SHE CAN TO HOLD HER FAMILY TOGETHER. BECAUSE THERE ARE FEW MOTHERS WHO REALLY GIVE IT THEIR ALL.
