A clearly defined belief of Grace will produce a precisely persuasive ability to overcome all the "wish I had better thoughts" to "I know I am better thoughts" because of Christ. Decisively decide to strengthen your belief into the promises of God each moment your tempted not to, and success will not just be a dream a far off, but a reality right here- right now.

In my experience as a leader, communication is a vital element to being successful. Communication is so important, that you may be successful for a little while but after some time things will start to take its toll on you and your life. I am going to give a few examples from my own experience and some bible verses to help solidify the importance of communication.

Editors Note: The following message comes from Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber's mom. This was provided to a select number of Christian leaders just before the release of Justin's movie, which just hit theaters. This is an amazing testimony that is worth reading. Please keep Pattie, Justin, and their family in your prayers.

I have my two girls with me this weekend, ages 11 and (almost) 14. With some reluctance, we jointly agreed to go see YouTube and teen sensation Justin Bieber's reality flick, "Always Say Always." Simply put, it was amazing.
While Facebook is now being credited for the revolution in Egypt, YouTube is the… Continue

What pumps you up each day?
For some of us, it’s a cup of coffee. For others, it’s the treadmill.
What works best for me is something that has become a ritual. Each morning, I wake up just before the crack of dawn. The house is silent, the birds are not yet chirping, everything is so peaceful.
I put on my sweatshirt and sweatpants, and tip-toe to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee. Then, along with my two buddies, our cats, Cash and Bella, I find my way to my… Continue

Why do you want to be in leadership or a leadership role? I think this is the most important question you have to ask yourself.
Is it out of necessity?
Is it because of a job promotion (more money)?
Is it the idea of being in charge?
Is it the idea of having power over people?
Is it just because you see something that you don’t agree with and you want to “make it right or fix it” the way YOU think it should be?
Is it the idea of everyone…

Question: "Why pray? What is the point of prayer when God knows the future and is already in control of everything. If we cannot change God's mind, why should we pray?"
For the Christian, praying is like breathing. It is easier to do it than to not do it. We pray for a variety of reasons. For one thing, prayer is a form of serving God (Luke 2:36-38
) and obeying Him. We… Continue

Question: "What is the meaning of life?" Continue
Answer: What is the meaning of life? How can purpose, fulfillment, and satisfaction in life be found? How can something of lasting significance be achieved? So many people have never stopped to consider these important questions. They look back years later and wonder why their relationships have fallen apart and why they feel so empty, even though they may have achieved what they set out to accomplish. An athlete who had…

Question: "What are the steps to salvation?" Continue
Answer: Many people are looking for “steps to salvation.” People like the idea of an instruction manual with five steps that, if followed, will result in salvation. An example of this is Islam with its Five Pillars. According to Islam, if the Five Pillars are obeyed, salvation will be granted. Because the idea of a step-by-step process to salvation is…

Question: "Did Jesus really exist? Is there any historical evidence of Jesus Christ?" Continue
Answer: Typically, when this question is asked, the person asking qualifies the question with “outside of the Bible.” We do not grant this idea that the Bible cannot be considered a source of evidence for the existence of Jesus. The New Testament contains hundreds of references to Jesus Christ. There are those who date the writing of the Gospels to the second century A.D., more…

Question: "Is God real? How can I know for sure that God is real?"
We know that God is real because He has revealed Himself to us in three ways: in creation, in His Word, and in His Son, Jesus Christ.
The most basic proof of God’s existence is simply what He has made. “For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are… Continue

Question: "Does God exist? Is there evidence for the existence of God?" Continue
Answer: The existence of God cannot be proved or disproved. The Bible says that we must accept by faith the fact that God exists: “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him” (Hebrews…

Question: "What is the importance of Christian baptism?" Continue
Answer: Christian baptism is, according to the Bible, an outward testimony of what has occurred inwardly in a believer’s life. Christian baptism illustrates a believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. The Bible declares, “Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death…

Question: "What happens after death?" Continue
Answer: Within the Christian faith, there is a significant amount of confusion regarding what happens after death. Some hold that after death, everyone “sleeps” until the final judgment, after which everyone will be sent to heaven or hell. Others believe that at the moment of death, people are instantly judged and sent to their eternal destinations. Still others claim that when people die, their souls/spirits are sent to a…

Answer: For a Christian, dating a non-Christian is unwise, and marrying one is not an option.Second Corinthians 6:14 (KJV) tells us not to be “unequally yoked” with an unbeliever. The imagery is of two incompatible oxen sharing the same yoke. Instead of working together to pull the load, they would be working against each other. While this passage…
