In 12 Days I will have been in the Maryland area for 1 year and 1 month. I took the job last year because I could not find a job in Colorado, anything in my field as a pharmacy tech. So, I took a position at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda MD. I have seen Marines, Army and Navy personnel coming into the pharmacy wounded, on crutches, with limbs missing and other things missing. I can honestly say that I have had a wonderful time being here but I miss my family back home in Colorado. I did not move them here because my son is a senior this year and will be going to college next year on a scholarship to Ft Lewis College in Durango, CO.

I miss them, but I know God is here with me, I know alot of times when I am feeling down, I think of our soldiers overseas serving our great country: them missing their families and love one!

If you are ever by NNMC look me up in building 19, I will either be at one of the windows, distributing drugs or taking in new prescriptions.

May God bless you and keep you safe in your endevours, remember keep the faith, stay strong in the Lord and He will lift you up, unto Himself.
