Too Much Worry Anxiety Can lead to burnout!

Too often too many hours working, with too many demands of adherence, performance quality can lead to overactive mind. Allow balance of family time, pleasure or time for yourself.  Let go let God allow quiet time; a walk in the park, or just sitting in a quiet place let you mind drift enjoy nature.  Talk to support person or write out feelings, worries. To be in the moment-presence God/lord Jesus or higher power will help find your balance-release your worries.
